• Wednesday at 7:30pm.

Important Information:

• The meeting point is the Lagos Sport Complex Reception Entrance;
• All Runners must have a LAGOS EM FORMA sports insurance active and purchase the LAGOS EM FORMA Runners" T-shirt (reception);
• On our Facebook group (LEFRUNNERS) all Runner's can check the most recent posts or group activities related to running or walking.
