in CrossFit Lagos

Our box is located in the big Sport Center just in front of Macdonnalds;

Each drop is 10 euros and you can check our time table at http://www.lagosemforma.pt/crossfit2/.

  • We use www.regibox.pt to schedules classes! Steps to Register and login:
  1. Register - https://regibox.pt/regiprof_wod/dropin/register.php - To register put your name and email. Choose "Criar Conta" or "Create Account";
  2. Check Email - Press the confirmation link and take note of your password;
  3. Login as a Drop In - https://regibox.pt/regiprof_wod/dropin/register.php - Put your email and the password sent to your email;
  4. If you need to change the language use the flags on the left of your screen:
  5. After following these steps you can check the WOD of the day, reserve and cancel anytime you need! The payment is done at the Sport Center reception prior to enter the class;
  6. We have a pool and some of the wods include swimming. In case you come to a WOD wich include swimming you will need to bring proper swimsuit and cap;
  7. We also to inform you that we don't reserve slots by facebook, phone or email. if you would like to reserve slots please check www.regibox.pt;
  8. All classes/open boxes are 1 hour long and the box is closed in all other schedules.
